Hound Tor is one of the more famous Dartmoor tors, and is popular with rock climbers and dog walkers alike. There is a huge variety of pictures to be found here, from close-ups of the weathered stones to panoramic views across to neighbouring Hay Tor, and even swathes of bluebells in the spring! On this evening I was the last visitor left on the tor, and I stood by my tripod soaking up the last rays of the setting sun, happy in the knowledge that I was capturing this place at its best.
